Alexander (Sandy) Moore is considered one of the foremost experts in Real Estate, Property Management, Franchising and the establishment of business in the APAC Region. He is currently resident in Brisbane Australia and works with a variety of Australian and US companies on their business expansion plans.

After a number of years in leisure and QSR management for two multi-national companies Sandy made a sea change to the world of Real Estate, joining Australasia’s Iconic Real Estate brand LJ Hooker. For the next 20+ years Sandy worked in various markets, with exposure to Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Retail segments as well as the intricacies of Franchising and Project Marketing.

Resident in Bangalore India and the Chief Executive Officer of LJ Hooker (India) till July 2014, Sandy divided his time between the establishment of the LJ Hooker network in India, working on the Committee of the Confederation of Real Estate Associates (India) as their head of training, and various speaking engagements throughout the region.

Since 2014 Sandy has worked as a consultant with a variety of companies in both the US and APAC at C level on projects involved in business expansion, Property Management, new cloud based software products, Offshoring and Outsourcing, Franchising and licensing. He was the keynote Property Management speaker at both the 2015 and 2016 International Realtors Conferences (in Manila and Seoul).

Revolutionary Car Scheme for Sales Staff in India

In 2010 a scheme was introduced into the LJH network in India where Sales Staff could take a branded Tata Nano car by means of a modest salary sacrifice thereby getting them into an AC 4 door car and off their normal transport (a motor bike) which was both dangerous and not at all suitable to building client relationships. 

The result has been a drop in accidents and injury and a lift in sales, enquiry and income.
